To install a Blogger template, follow these steps:
Choose a template. You can find Blogger templates on the Blogger website or on third-party websites. Once you have found a template that you like, download it to your computer.
Log in to Blogger. Go to the Blogger website and log in with your Google account.
Select your blog. From the drop-down menu in the top left corner, select the blog that you want to install the template on.
Go to the Theme page. Click the Layout tab and then click the Theme tab.
Click the Backup/Restore button. This button is located in the top right corner of the page.
Click the Restore button. This will open a pop-up window.
Click the Choose file button. Select the template file that you downloaded in step 1 and click the Open button.
Click the Upload button. Blogger will upload the template and install it on your blog.
Click the View blog button. This will open your blog in a new window. You should now see the new template applied to your blog.
